CribPal Ltd — Inspection Policies
Effective for all property inspection bookings made through the CribPal website. Ensuring transparent, verified, and accompanied student viewings.
Important Non-Refundable Fee Summary:Inspections cost ₦2,500 for properties within trekking distance of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), or ₦5,000 for properties located farther out. All inspection fees are strictly non-refundable. If your selected property is leased before your inspection date, your viewing credit automatically carries over to another listing at no additional charge.
